This post is to showcase a few pictures from recent High School football games. Hundreds more can be seen at http://www.dipky.com/ under High School Football.

This was one of the most beautiful of the 770 photo's that I took in Greece. This was of a small church on a small fortified island in the Aegean Sea. I sent this photo to the Courier Journal and it was published in the Travel section on June 29th. Needless to say I was excited about that.
This is the Parthenon as it looks today. We've all seen pictures in books of the great structures of the world and we expect them to look that way when we get there, which is seldom the case. Notice the scaffoling all around the structure. All ancient structures such as this are in a constant state of repair due to air pollution.
I was in Greece recently on vacation and wanted to post a few pictures to illustrate what the country was like. The picture at left I wanted to insert because in the background can be seen the dry vegetation, which is mainly untended olive trees. If you've seen the news lately about Greece, this and other scrub brush is what's burning throughout the country. This image is of the Temple of the Oracles at Delphi. The site of the original Olympics.
